Our story.

Founded by two music enthusiasts, each with 15 years of experience on stages in Aquitaine (Garorock, IBOAT, Darwin, Bordeaux Open Air, Bien Public, Motto, etc.) and elsewhere (NYC, London, Paris, Berlin, etc.), the Barry music agency doesn’t bring together “corporate DJs” like any other.

Equally confortable with popular culture and underground music, our DJs love to bring a touch of musical originality to events where it might not be expected. Thanks to their deep connection to the local cultural scene and their expertise in event communication, they offer assistance to both individuals and professionals in developing the musical component of their events.

Pauline Levignat

DJ and co-founder

Former Communications Director of IBOAT, then music curator and programmer of brand and venue radio stations for the Octave Sonore agency, Pauline is currently a journalist for Junkpage magazine. A curious ear, "Pops" enjoys adventurous, contemplative, or rhythmic selections. Like Robin, she has frequently performed on major stages such as Garorock.

Robin Larroze

DJ and co-founder

Producer of around ten records and DJ for over 15 years, Robin has been able to practice his passion in New York, London, Paris, Bordeaux, and Berlin, alongside world-famous artists. Formerly an promoter, he has also worked with many legendary venues in his region. He was also in charge of communications for a major higher education institution for around ten years.

Even if our performances don’t always reflect our personal tastes (at Barry, your brief guides our DJ sets), it’s always interesting to share our influences with you.

Our founders and DJs all have an electronic background, but are also very interested in trends closely or loosely connected to house music.

It’s therefore not uncommon to find genres such as funk, disco, soul, jazz, pop, new wave, Italo-disco, hip-hop, and R&B in our sets.
